Thank you for choosing Adisens for your current and voltage sensor needs. We are pleased to provide you with this warranty certificate for your Adisens products.

Covered Products

This certificate covers current and voltage sensors supplied by Adisens, in accordance with the technical specifications and usage conditions outlined in the product documentation.

Warranty Duration

The warranty is valid for a period of three (3) years from the original purchase date, as indicated on the invoice.

Warranty Conditions

During the warranty period, Adisens guarantees that the products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. In the event of a malfunction or defect in a product covered by this warranty, Adisens will, at its discretion:

  1. Repair the defective product, or
  2. Replace the defective product with a new or refurbished equivalent.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, negligence, modification, or any other use not in accordance with the product specifications.
  • Normal wear and tear of the products.
  • Damage caused by external events such as fire, flood, or other acts of God.

Claim Procedure

For any warranty claims, please contact our customer service team providing:

  • The invoice or order number,
  • A description of the issue encountered,
  • The defective product for inspection, if requested.

Limitation of Liability

Adisens shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products covered by this warranty.

Final Provisions

This warranty is exclusive and supersedes any other warranties, whether written or oral, express or implied. Applicable laws in the buyer’s country may provide additional rights not excluded by this warranty.
