How to Request an RMA ?:
Follow these simple steps to initiate the RMA process:
- Submit an RMA Request Form

- Product reference and serial number.
- Description of the issue encountered.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
- Contact details (name, email, and phone).

- RMA Approval
- Once we receive your request, our team will review the information and issue an RMA Number if the return is approved.
- Please include the RMA number in all correspondence and ensure it is clearly marked on the return package.
- Return the Product
- Package the product securely to prevent any damage during transit.
- Ship the product to the address provided in the RMA approval email.
- Inspection and Resolution
- Upon receipt, the product will be inspected by our technical team.
- If the issue is covered under warranty, we will repair, replace, or credit the product as per our warranty policy.
Important Guidelines
- Warranty Coverage: Returns are only accepted for products within the warranty period. Ensure you have reviewed our warranty policy.
- Shipping Costs:
- For in-warranty products, Adisens will cover return shipping costs after inspection.
- For out-of-warranty products, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- Damaged Products: Products that are physically damaged due to improper use or handling may not qualify for warranty coverage.
- Processing Time: RMA requests are typically processed within 20 business days after the product is received.
